We require a 50% deposit payment when you book.
The remaining balance is paid 8 weeks before arrival.
If your booking is less than 8 weeks away the full payment is payable.
Yes we require a €2500 Security Deposit which is returnable assuming no damages have occurred, during the week after departure.
The villa sleeps up to 12 guests.
Pool towels, bathroom towels and all linen included.
A full clean on departure is included.
Organic hand wash in the bathrooms.
Kitchen consumables such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets and tea-towels are provided.

During peak season – 7 nights
A full clean of a bedroom and accompanying bathroom including a bed linen change, extra towel change:
For general cleaning of communal areas. Minimum of 3 hours: 20€ per hour.
